EMERGENCY NOTIFICATIONS
There are currently NO Emergency Notifications
The purpose of Emergency Management Planning is to plan for a prompt and coordinated response to major emergencies that may affect the Town and to have arrangements in place for measures to protect the health, safety and welfare of all residents.
The Town of Bowden is a member of a joint Municipal Emergency Plan that provides shared resource between all of our neighbouring municipalities.
Emergency Alerts are issued by the Alberta Government to provide residents with information of a critical nature (imminent life threatening danger) or other less serious general information (be aware and be prepared).

The Alberta Government's 511 service provides residents with advisory onformation relating to road and traffic conditions within the region.
